evo IX jdm bumper,

I was rear ended yesterday, and although it was a low speed 10-15mph hit, it scratched up my rear bumper pretty bad. I'm perfectly fine no injuries, although the lady that hit me didn't stop and tried to outrun me (real smart on her part.). Needless to say I caught up and got her plate number and then filed a police report. I believe my exhaust my also be slightly bent as I am getting a little rattle since I got hit when I first start the car cold, but thats another subject.

I've found the prepainted evo 9 jdm bumpers ranging in price from $599-800 and up, some with free shipping. I think I am going to order from gruppe-s as they are oem mitsu and are $699 with free shipping but I wanted to know if anyone had any experience or knew if there where fitment issues with the cheaper versions.

If the one for $599 with free shipping is the same as g-s then I will obviously choose the cheaper one, I don't want any fitment issues however and would rather pay more to get the best part.

Thanks in advance.

Just fyi, the bumper fits perfect and is pretty easy to install, you will have to remove the bumper support and you lose the rear side markers. Overall I am pretty happy with it, I didnt want to get a bodykit on the evo ever, however with the jdm 9 rear bumper and cf lip it kinda stands out from the other evos running around here.

edit- looks like they raised the price to $700 shipped.

On the bright side its prepainted (mine matched perfectly) and simple to install.
