removing the stock head unit???

How do I remove the stock head unit. I know I have to take off the A/C control nobs but where do I go from there?

Nevermind guys I finished the install in about 20min. One of the easiest ones I have ever done.

I will take some pics tomorrow and post them up.

Tips: Put a rag over the A/C control knobs and grab them with some pliers to prevent scratching. They pull off really easy. Most of the clips to the surround are at the top be careful to pull straight off to not snap any. Other than that i really doesnt get any easier than this install.

you do not need a rag and pliers. The knobs just pull off by hand it is very simple. You need a screw driver and your hand. Pull the knobs off and take the 2 screws out behind the knobs. Then carefully pull the HVac panel out and un do the 4 screws holding the radio in. Unplug wires remove brackets from radio, then reverse for new radio.
