Seat stain removal

So, I'm wondering what to use to get some stains off the weird suede-like fabric on my seats. What do they call it? Alcantara? Whatever, anyway, has anyone tried anything that worked without ripping up that delicate fabric?

I think water with a little nail brush or something similar will get mild stains out. I like to use a little formula of basically oxyclean and water.
