I did my headlights and I am thinking of blacking out my tails. Tell me what you think of my headlights.

BAMBAM, I take that you have a white car? Go one evom and look at ETS (extreme turbo systems) Tom the guy that works at ETS also has a white evo and he did his headlights white also and I think they look good. You should check em out. If you need any help with let me know. I did mine in the EVO and I also put Angels eyes in my bike so I know how to do them. It's easy. I will talk to ya at the meet. later bro.

Intresting. I've never seen colored head lights like that, but I don't get out much.

Do you have a pic of it completed with the bumper cover on? Maybe just red the tails too?

I think they look pretty good, personnally. but opinions will vary and I'm sure people will hate on me. but then again who's name is on the title so I guess that's what matters. Does it look nice to me, and I think it does.

I have not done the tails but I am thinking of doing them soon. But on the tails I think I will black them out rather do them in all red. If you are going to the EVO meet this saturday I can answer any of your questions and I will even do your lights for ya if you want. Any color. Just let me know.

I do not like that at all, but I'm known as the Anti-Rice, so take it with a grain of salt.

I thought rice meant trying to make your car something it isn't...such as VTEC stickers on a base Civic and other such antics.

Personalization isn't rice...to each their own. Personally I would have used a gloss paint or clear coat.

Oh ok I got it straight now. VTEC badges and APC stickers aren't rice but painting headlight housings is.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind and will be sure to query you whenever I am in doubt of what is rice.

I did clear coat it, you can actaully see the can of clear coat in the pic of the headlight being painted.

Well i appreciate all of your opinions but I expected to get hated and I did, but it's cool. I have heard you should have painted them black, but then my car would look like all the red evo's and I'm not trying to be like evyerone else. Just like if Iwas to buy all ARC stuff. It's different and you don't see it all the time, but eveyr now and then you do. But like I said I knoew I was going to catch some flak but it is all welcomed. Thanks guys.

Ricer to me is putting a big wing on a car that can't back it up.

Looks hell of a lot better then that chrome crap they have on the 8's! That was rice! I'm so glad they went to black on the 9's, that chrome altezza shit looks a little too honda for my taste!
