Various carbon fiber interior pieces...

I have a quick question that I so far haven't found a definitive answer for.

I've been looking around recently on LancerShop.com for some carbon fiber interior/exterior parts. All the usual names, Seibon, Rexspeed and Tyrant all make pieces I was looking at purchasing. However, one is a carbon fiber arm rest cover. Now I assume that just slides/snaps on top of the OEM arm rest? Does anyone have one they can verify that?

Also...I was looking at the Rexspeed CF mirror covers. I don't want to replace an entire mirror or lose the power mirrors that I already have. But my current OEM mirror covers are fading pretty bad. It says they come with a 3M adhesive so it sounds to me like they stick on top of the current ones. Is this an accurate guess?

Finally, is it better to try and find something that just REPLACES the mirror cover instead of just sticking on top?

I have both, Yes and Yes, the armrest cover fits snuggly over your existing fabric cover and it looks good and mine hasn't faded, just a little slippery when you put your arm on it. The mirror covers are 3m double sided taper, same thing they look good and fit perfect. It boils down to opinion, if you want to keep your stock mirrors these are great, if you want change you will lose your power mirrors. I think it's always better to replace then to cover up but something like mirror covers i don't mind because i don't like the aftermarket mirrors.

Yeah, I was reading and saw some funky shapes and also figured I would lose power mirrors. Which kinda sucks...thanks man. I appreciate it. I might just go ahead and order them now
