Wing repair Questions, Clear coat Repair?

My wing much like everyone else is fading and FAST. That white strip is very rough and coarse to the touch as opposed to smooth. Anyway I was wondering if there is anyone that could sand blast this thing and then seal it properly? Anyone had this done?

Any reliable body/paint shop should be able to do it.

My wing has faded twice. I got a new wing twice from the dealership they have been having alot of problems with the CF fading. just bug them about it. hope your guys' cars are still under warranty. good luck
