Question loseing boost

i finaly got the thing all back togeather i had a hole in my IC and had it brazed because was small enfough and now i am only getting 15 pounds of boost. and i got rid of the mufler because it got half off and its stright 3" besides the cat. I halvent checked my fins but it spikes to 20lbs then drops right down to 15.

most setups will taper with a stock turbo. do a boost leak test and find the leak and look into ways to combat the taper. Stock evos peak at 19psi and taper to around 16-17.
