A) Driver goes balls out and misfires causing him to let off the gas. Will his trap speed be lower or the same as what he's always ran full out?
B) Driver mis-shifts a gear but still attempts to get back into it. Will his trap speed be lower or the same as what he's always ran when racking the gears properly?
Obvious answers, I believe. Both will be lower to some degree depending on the severity of each. Both are special circumstances and would not constitute a "full run" as I call them.
