08-17 Lancer Do It Yourself Turbo Kit
This all new version of the Road Race Motorsports turbo system was developed for the costumer looking for a solid and proven starting point. The do it yourself kit gives you the freedom to use your own upgraded fuel setup and tune. This turbo system is essentially the same as our original system minus the engine management and fifth injector set up. The Road Race turbo system is the only working production turbo system for the Lancer in the world. Road and track tested, including customers running over 70,000 miles with proper maintenance. The Road Race Turbo Kit is capable of producing up to 300 hp depending on fuel setup and tuning, which you will have control over. This do it yourself turbo kit includes everything you need from the turbocharger to the all the intercooler piping, and down to the last hose clamp. Turbo manifold is nickel coated to prevent corrosion. This turbo system was developed to produce the maximum HP that can be safely achieved on the 4B11 and ensure proper diving characteristics and reliability on both daily driven cars and track cars. This do it your self kit is sold with pipes un powder coated to allow for custom color choice. All parts necessary to build the down pipe are included but not welded to allow fitment on either fed or pzev models. This turbo system has been tested time and time again on the road and track, adding up to thousands of miles of testing. This turbo system provides the performance and quality attributes you would expect from a company with over 30 years of racing experience. This kit can be upgraded to include a 20g turbo as well any boost level waste gate spring desired (call for upgrade cost)
NOTE: THIS TURBO SYSTEM DOES NOT INCLUDE TURBO MANAGEMENT OR FUEL MANAGEMENT (No turbo management or 5th injector setup) You will need to have down pipe welded to fit your set up as well as coat intercooler pipes to prevent oxidation.
