RRE carries the ARC-2
"Finally a true Plug n' Play Ignition for EVO 8. No more miss-fires on high rpm and boost. True Plug n' Play retains your factory harness. No cutting or splicing. On requires a direct lead to the battery. ARC-2 creates a more intense, shorter duration spark. This particular unit puts out more voltage, and double or more the stock spark energy. "
But you do need coils out of a Montero.

I've never used it personally, but it could be an option.
