Car was lowered how can i fix this?

I bought my evo back in the fall and havent put but maybe 200 miles on it because it sits too low to the ground from the previous owner. When i hit small bumps it makes a terrible knocking sound like something is hitting inside. I dont know if i need new springs or new shocks or what? ANY IDEAS? If so any prices so i can get it fixed for spring.

was it lowered with just springs or was it lowered with coilovers? Coilovers are adjutable, springs you would need to purchase new ones if you do not like you current ride.

yes pretty much unless your shocks are blown, which is a good bet depending on the springs and mileage on the vehcile now.

I just went ahead and ordered stock springs and shocks for it so hopefully this puts it back to stock suspension. I dont want it to turn better or ride better i just need to go straigh as fast as possible.
