handle in the snow

How does the Evo drive in the snow, I'll be moving back to wisconsin next month and plan on getting a evo soon. How do they handle?
I'm sure they are fun..

The Evo can be the best or the worst in the snow - it all depends on the tires. If you have stock Advans, then forget about it. They will freeze up and become hockey pucks below 40-degrees, which will make them 100% useless. It's worse than a 500whp RWD car (ok, maybe not that bad, but still useless). If you have snow tires or even all-seasons, it will handle like a champ.

I can't emphasize enough how important it is NOT to drive in the snow with the stock Advans.

I second that. I learned the hard way. :(
