Transfer Case Magnetic Drain Plug
I changed my rear differential, transfer case, and manual transmission fluids this weekend (first time on my '05 Evo VIII).
The rear diff and MT have magnetic drain plugs with a fairly long magnet (maybe about 1 inch cylindrical magnet on the end of the drain plugs).
The transfer case only had a flat magnetic end. Is this typical for the transfer case drain plug on an Evo VIII, or do I need to go fishing for the "rest" of it inside my transfer case?
