Looking 4 a good tuner n VA

I'm saving my money in hopes of getting what it takes to get my evo around the 350hp mark, but I don't know jack about tuning. I am looking for a shop around the virginia beach area, if not, just somewhere in virginia itself, preferably a reputable evo tuner with experience. I'm moving there in a couple weeks and have money to spend. Can someone help me out?

I only know of MachV, but they are about 170 miles north of Viginia Beach. They have years of experience with 4g63's.

Thanks for the help. I wish that i could have gotten to a computer before i went to a place called Millinium Autosports. They seem like they know what they're doing, but they obviously don't.
