The timing saftey feature is still there is I use ECUflash, right?
Using a stock ECU and an S-AFC corrected for 650's, I'm operating at 180% load in thrid gear, WOT. I'm looking to get off the AFC so I'm going to carry those 180% numbers to the actual load columns I should be operating at through ECU flash. I just wanted to make sure that if the safty feature of when the ECU detects too much knock it will still pull back some timing. I'm not looking to punt a rod though the block.
