Do Evo's have enough slack in the drivetrain to cause clunking if you don't rev-match completely right on downshifts? And I'm not talking at high RPM, just normal driving. I also notice it if I'm shifting quickly. My 1g GSX did it way, way worse, but that was a DSM (And junk). Maybe I'm being paranoid. Thanks.

Yup, any AWD car will have a bit more drive train "slop" than a FWD car, about the same as a RWD car... not something to be worried about IMHO.

Yes, there will be some and will make noise. I get it specifically when downshifting into 1st to get into my driveway.
