Yeah, if you can afford to do all of it at once, then get flashed once, that is great. But, if you do it in stages, it's not that bad, because you can get reflashed at a discounted price.
I would recommend against the intake and upper IC piping, because those aren't helpful. I highly recommend:
- MBC
- BOV
- Fuel pump
- TBE
- Cams
- Stock ported/coated manifold
- Stock ported/coated 10.5 hotside (turbine housing)
- Coat tubular o2 housing
- Lower intercooler pipe (not upper)
- Dynoflash
The next step up would be alcohol injection. Btw, I have all of the mods above, except the LICP, but I will have that soon. Without the cams and alky, I ran 12.26 on 93oct, so I should be much faster now.
