The japanese market always seems to get a better tuned and better looking model than U.S. , also a model year or two ahead of us.
While I was stationed in japan, I noticed that with all the public transportation, almost nobody needs or has a car. A drivers license cost over $3000 and there is limited parking, so the japanese auto industry has to make the cares either very small and cheap or very desirable.
In the U.S. you almost have to have a car to survive (unless your amish :laugh: )
btw my wife is from japan, so when we go back to visit her family I'll check out the tuner scene there and post what I find out :thumb:
