Alright here it goes

I bought a Cusco rear strut bar a few weeks ago and installed it. After I installed it I noticed that when I would floor it in first and then shift hard to second and third there would be a loud bang like the suspension bottoming out coming from the rear end of the car. Lets just say it wasn't something I liked to hear every time I tackled an on ramp. So I thought it might be the strut bar so I removed it and the "loud bang" stopped. Any thoughts on why this would happen?

That is weird! I have the Buschur rear strut tower brace and have never had any issues like that. Is it possible that the Cusco bar wasn't seated properly when you put it in and was slipping a bit under the strain of hard cornering? I would put the cusco back in to see if the problem repeats.

Also try to make sure the car is on level ground when you reinstall it because if one of the shocks is compressed then it won't seat properly. Good luck and let us know what fixes it.
