What is the length of the stock cat from end of flange to end of flange? If your under your Evo with a tape measure, can you help me out? I won't have mine till March, but I've got a test pipe idea. Thanks.
I'll could do it myself and rig the O2 sensor for $30.
I'm looking to use a BR 2.5 DP, test pipe, and full three inch mandrel piping after that. The test pipe will be a 2.5 to 3.0 transitional cone, but it needs to be the same length as the stock cat so it can be swapped in for smog.
So how long is it? If you get a chance.
The transitional piece I want to use comes in various lenths and tapers. I'd love to fabricate this and have it ready to install.
Well, I'm finally gettting around to doing some exhaust work. For anyone interested in making thier own test pipes in the future;
stock cat (end of flange to end of flange) = 18.5 inches
