Did you mean;
"OK. I'm sorry. I'm kinda new, but what is a GSR? I know what an MR is and what an RS (is). Is a GSR an Evo with the wing right?"
If so, yes the GSR is the Evo with the wing/regular Evo.

Don't take this the wrong way, but with proper spelling and puncuation; It will be easier to understand you and you'll get the information your looking for because people won't have to guess at what you ment.
